We are a high-performance, independent pharmaceutical company in the therapeutic area of urology. We offer doctors, pharmacies and patients a comprehensive range of drugs, medical technology and services for the treatment of urological diseases.
The Ruhrpharm Group is a divisionally structured company consisting of 4 special purpose companies:
- The Ruhrpharm Verwaltungs-GmbH defines the common values, goals and strategies of the group of companies. In the administrative division the group-wide legal transactions are managed and administered within the framework of a service company.
- Ruhrpharm AG bundles the pharmaceutical activities of the group. It is responsible for the research, development, production and distribution of prescription products and special therapeutics in the fields of urology. It also includes non-prescription phytopharmaceuticals and food supplements with well-known brands such as Sabalvit, Sabalvit Uno, Cranfluxx, Cellfluxx, Androfluxx, Terafluxx, Curbifluxx, Diufluxx Mannose, Virivital and Aurufluxx.
- Ruhrpharm Medizintechnik GmbH & Co. KG supplies high-performance products and strong customer orientation to urological practices, radiological centres, hospitals, as well as old people's homes and nursing homes.
- Ruhrpharm GmbH & Co. KG primarily provides expertise in research and development and handles the legal transactions of the group of companies. It conducts business with private labels, pharmaceutical raw materials and exports. The Ruhrpharm Group is already active in Asia and Eastern Europe.
